The situation is analyzed from the viewpoint of possible difficulties in finding a job, and opportunities in particular professional spheres. The study attempts to answer the question of possible unemployment risks connected with particular study programs, and problems of the occurrence of sexism. Statistical analysis involved the graduates from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia, from the years 1995 - 1997. Questionnaires return was 23,7 %, which correspondents with the standard. With respect to the character of respondents set we used inductive statistical method including the multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that the study programs at the Faculty of Agriculture are perspective. Only 2 % of the graduates admitted difficulties with finding a job despite searching for it, and 3,1 % of the graduates lost their jobs subsequently. The worsening situation in labour market became evident within the range of difficulties connected with the search for job. With 95 % reliability it is possible to presume that only 26 - 53 % of graduates managed to find a job without any problems. The others had to face problems of different intensity. Contacting official institutions such as employment offices proved to be useless. It was more reliable to exert personal initiative. Changing the employer is not typical. Though most graduates work outside their professional field, they appreciate being employed and their employers are satisfied with their work. None of the study programs proved to be connected with future unemployment risk. Women had to face more problems when looking for a job. Also changing the employer is more typical of women. It is a question of finding a new approach to the Analytic and Control Methods. They are still being currently tested and are accepted without question and continually succumbing to changes in connection with new knowledge of hygiene. This hypothesis is based on these common principles and their present development and it's result should be seen in the near future. Static acceptation of the HACCP system is not sufficient. Continuous and flexible contact and operation in creating system for food security management needs to be incorporated into the EC market. The survey was carried out within the grant project of the Fund of universities development FR no. 426/98 in the year 1998. The study deals with the analysis of the prospects of the graduates of the Agricultural Faculty, including also their problems with unemployment and position at labour market. The inquiry carried out by means of questionnaires showed that the respondents usually work in a field different from the one that they actually studied. The majority had no problems with finding jobs and their prospects at labour market, when compared with graduates of other universities, are viewed as the same. The project falls under the grant of the Fund of the Development of Higher Education Institutions no, 0426/1998. All graduates of the South Bohemian faculties have been surveyed for the period optima since the South Bohemian University's inception in 1992, up to 1997. The data were obtained through a questionnaire method and its analysis yielded an overall positive trend in the placement of the South Bohemian University graduates in the marketplace, as well a in evaluating the quality of their studies from the point of view of employment. From the point of view of the contemporary marketplace situation, it is possible to consider the results of the study as an important signal to the university's leadership and their faculties in determining the long-term decision-making processes regarding the content and the form of the studies.
