This article is focusing on the new trends in marketing communications. The article compare the new ways of marketing communications and the traditional ways, in the area of acquisition cost, retention cost, and CRN cost, and next like the penetration of market, speed of response and identification. We can say, on the base of the results that the e-mail marketing, like the instrument of marketing communication, is more suitable for the retention then for the acquisition. The e-mail marketing is the most suitable instrument for the target of custom-segment. Despite a large number of Internet users having already made at least one on-line purchase there are still a number of significant barriers preventing the further development of this specific distribution channel in the CR and connecting with consumers that are not yet among current Internet users. From the aspect of legal regulation these barriers are significant and are defined together with proposals of certain options for increasing the usage of this form of commerce. With regards to the fact that currently the most widely used means/technology for electronic business is the Internet, this work is focussed on the area of Internet trade in relation to B2C. The paper was compiled in the framework of the research plan of the Ministry of Youth, Education and Sports 6046070906 "Resource Economics of Czech Agriculture and their Efficient Use in the Framework of Multifunctional Agri-food Systems". Long-term tendencies based on this analysis and factors influencing these tendencies have been defined. The best profit loss within the whole period under investigation was reached in 2007. The rate of profit increased consequently and overreached 4%. A decrease in the number of workers connected with an increase of the labour productivity can be seen as a long-term tendency. Similarly, agricultural subsidies have been increasing although their increase has been slowed. The first part deals with the rate of profitability. These results indicated improving economic situation for both ecological and organic agricultural holdings. The values for ecological holdings started to overreach the values for conventional farms approximately in 2003. Overall accrued revenue reached 8.2% for ecological and 4.3 for conventional farm during 5 years of investigation. In case of ecological farms, these values are approximately the same as the level of inflation so that they do not bring any revenue to the owner. In case of conventional farms, low profitability does not allow even a simple reproduction of assets. At the same time, the farming risk was analysed. The variability of the profit/loss was investigated together with the assessment of possibilities whether this variability may endanger the farm. The debt ratio and liquidity indicators were also taken into consideration within this analysis. The investigation revealed lower fluctuation of the profit/loss of ecological farms. The profitability of these farms is more stable so that these farms are not endangered by economic fluctuation as much. This development may be assessed as positive, especially in connection to the development of the indicator of interest coverage; when ecological farms are able to cover cost interests with higher reserves. The stabilization of revenues of ecological farms is caused both by higher volume of eligible subsidies (as a safe source of income of a farm) and by lower fluctuation of operation incomes itself caused by higher share of less risky animal production in the structure of production. This paper is a part of MSM 6007665806 project. The article analyses some results of the two questionnaire surveys and explores the costumers' and consumers' interest in both organic foods and regionally branded products. At the moment, it seems to be there a low interrelation between organic products and products with a regional brand. At the same time, there is a quite high interest of costumers in local food products. Within this Plan EAFRD of the EU has provided 5 billion EURO equally with 1.300,- billion HUF for rural development in Hungary since 2007. One of four elements is "Improving the environment and the countryside", which this case-study focuses on.The new strategic conception is to realise the restructure of the energy sector, by transferring from fossil energy to natural renewable energy resources, by the hand, which can be produced in the agricultural sectors, for example biomass, concentrated methane from silo energy plant, bioethanol from maize, bio-diesel from rape and by the other hand, namely other natural resources, like water, wind and sun. The expert suggested to extent use of bioethanol, as fuel for using motors, its production for interest of environmental conservation. The European Commission's proposal decides that the member states should increase the portion of renewable energy from 6,38 % in 2005 at least to 12 % by 2010 and to 20 % by 2020. The EU demands a very intensive increase rate for the renewable energy production.Mátra Energy Station provides 15 % of all Hungarian electric energy. The Mátra Power Station will have achieved aim targeted by the EU for Hungary to decrease carbon-dioxide (CO2) emission by 20 % thanks for new technologies by 2009, instead of original deadline of 2020. This result will make possibility for the Power Station to decrease his CO2 emission by 90 % based on the result of 2003 until 2020.It is important to make and adequate and moderate diversity of energy resources, and to keep the balance between the food plants and energy plants for bio-energy. Also according to latest research results, about between 4 and 30 ton of biomass are in each hectare of land, and any decrease of biomass or human change in soil structure can lead to destroy the plant culture with large natural damages. In Czech Republic is perceptible trend of increasing share of organic farming, whereas very important for this trend are subsidies. Even if these subsidies should be balanced for equable development of organic farming, in Czech republic dominates increasing of shares of grasslands and inhibition of usage of arable land. Article is focused on analysis of farming of selective file of farms with accent on farming on grasslands and use of agroenvironmental programs.
