It is impossible to define, which one of definitions of productivities is the best. It depends on purpose and analysis's range. For comparison productivity at the national level is better to use aggregates at constant prices, which show us the level and growth rate of physical product. For comparison productivity at the international level is better to use aggregates in purchasing power standard. This result is influence not only own performance, but also performances others comparison states. From the point of view employment, is optimal indicator for calculation of productivity working hours. This indicator removes differences at time work in single member states EU. In this case it deals with the countries of the European Community in 2004 and 2007 - thus, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania. From the time point of view, the paper covers the period of 1995 - 2008. It maps changes in the territorial structure of agrarian trade of these countries in the past decade, and focuses mainly on the changes which affected the territorial structure of agrarian trade in the context of external trade (extrastat). Existing differences in the long-term unemployment during the entire period under consideration 1993-2009 are caused by institutional and structural differences of labour markets in particular member countries of the European Union. The high proportion of the long-term unemployment has its significant economic and social consequences. If the situation of long-term unemployed persons remains unsolved, there is a threat of a substantial material and non-material deprivation within this populous group and a threat of the rise of irreversible damages for the entire population. An economic turnaround itself cannot automatically lead to a decrease in the proportion of long-term unemployment. Even though many EU countries succeeded to decrease unemployment in the period preceding current world recession they didn't succeed to decrease the long-term part of unemployment. Thus, the aim of this paper it not only to analyse the development of the long-term unemployment but also to identify potential groups endangered by marginalization and especially to find its causes and to propose possible solutions of this problem. The paper also calls attention to different concepts of social systems, e.g. in Belgium and Denmark. Preventive measures against long-term unemployment stress most frequently the importance of unemployment benefits but also the strongly de-motivating setting the social benefits (especially for low-wage categories) has to be taken into consideration as well as other related factors. The majority of the surveyed population is economically active and evaluates their current personal situation as being good. A significant proportion of the unemployed are women. This result reflects the real employment situation of women in the region. Short-term unemployed people actively search for a new job, whilst the long-term unemployed aren't interested in finding a new job. Complex evaluation of the signs of economic weakness in villages identified two population groups: a group of realists, who see strong signs of economic weakness in the local aging population, closing institutions, a decline in culture and in the growing apathy of residents towards the local council. The second, less numerous group, is a group of inhabitants, who consider there to be no signs of economic weakness. An analysis of the opportunities to improve the economic circumstances in villages identified two groups of residents: a group of people, who suggest the strengthening of tourism, services and business. They suggest improving the transport links with the regional centres. The second group, is a group of people, who want to continue to live in peace and quiet. They see the advantages that the growth in the provision of services brings, but more intensive development of tourism frightens them. The research proved that those residents who are interested in the development of the community are those who achieved a higher education and are of a productive and post-productive age and have lived in the village for more than 5 years. In contrast, natives don't want to see the development of the villages because of their concerns that development would bring with it damage to the environment and the loss of peace and quiet. The objective of this research has been to find out how graduates, who finished their studies between years 2002-2006, were of use at the labour market, how are graduates satisfied with their topical employment and how they evaluate quality of education at the faculty. The data were obtained through a questionnaire method and its analysis yielded an overall positive trend in the achievement of the graduates in labour market. These results are important indicators in term of the quality assurance of educational provision and it is possible to consider the results as the base in determining decision-making processes regarding the form and the content of the studies. The number of actions (output) and the number of employees, the level of fire equipment and the inside area (inputs) were obtained for each of the fires stations using the fire department's statistics, databases and estimations. As the outputs have an uncontrollable character, the input-oriented DEA model is chosen for the fire stations efficiency calculations. The DEA efficiency analysis results in separating of the effective fire stations from the ineffective ones. The potential improvement (inputs decrease) necessary for reaching the maximal efficiency is proposed for each of the ineffective fire stations. As an example, could be stated the understanding of the company as a system. In theory, an enterprise is defined as a relatively isolated system, but the practice often does not respect this fact and allows the company to act as an absolutely isolated system. Therefore, we encounter new concepts shareholder management and stakeholder management, which draw attention to this contradiction. If the practice does not respect the theoretical findings, management ceases to fulfil its strategic objective and creates a path to consumer thinking and consumer society. The ongoing economic crisis confirms these findings and highlights one of the main reasons which could be considered as lack of ethics in management. The production structure was given by proportion of fundamentals crops on total income from agricultural production. The first part of the analysis concerns the impact of the pattern of the overall profitability. For the viability criteria is taken the accumulated amount of profit for five years of management relative of original value of assets. The investigation did not show that specialization in any of the monitored commodities significantly affect the profitability achieved. The only exception is the production of milk. Undertakings aimed at this commodity shows demonstrably lower profitability. Another part of the work addresses potential threats to farms. Previous investigation already showed, that the farms are threatened both - the normal negative profitability - second, violent fluctuations in cash flow (an otherwise positive long-term profitability), leading to temporary loss of margin. In comparing these two categories of threat, defined in this way show, that the lack of profitability of firms at risk are closely focused on livestock production, especially dairy. The investigations do not result significant differences in profitability of production of this commodity for individual categories of enterprises. Crop production is concentrated on the planting of winter barley and potatoes. Return on sales of those commodities is positive, though i tis below the sectoral average. The resulting loss is particularly due to promoting the production of loss-making milk. Business at risk of cash flow fluctuations are focused on plant production. Main sales volume provides production of wheat and rape. Long-term profitability of these enterprises is even above the sectoral average. Enterprises are threatened by violent fluctuations in the profitability of the dominant commodities. The contribution is part of the research project MSM 6007665806. This article is dealing with the possibilities of the soil value specifications based on conditions given by different soil texture. The basic is the model design of corresponding connections among indicators of soil fertility by means of statistical analysis of particular soil texture factors. The results show, that the strongest dependence is among factors of soil fertility with categories up to the 0.05 mm and up to the 2 mm in topsoil and also in the under soil. Average yield difference in terms of the main soil-climatic quality unit according to category of soil texture is 0.56 t of wheat per hectare and balances in intervals from 0.02 to 2.59 t per hectare. The average range of annual gross income changes is approximately 4,5 % respectively 3,8 % of land price in comparison with values without taking into account the distinction of the soil texture factors.
