In addition, it is necessarily to reflect and adjust to the dynamic changes, trends and challenges in this branch and effectively utilize funds and subventions. In the context of the economic crisis, the economies that will lead to increased productivity and labor force saving will be introduced. The sector is now very dynamic in the whole Europe because it contains suitable activities for restructuring of the agriculture and the countryside as a whole. The rural tourism is an advisable possibility for business for smaller family farms because it provides an additional source of income supplementing the earnings from the agriculture production; it creates new jobs and supports sustainable development of the rural areas. There is no central statistic of the rural tourism in the Czech Republic; there are no databases of services and related revenues. That's why the intensity and fruitfulness of the sector are difficult to evaluate. To get more precise information a questionnaire investigation was realized. The goal was to map the situation in the rural tourism in the Czech Republic. The article presents the results connected with the length and form of entrepreneurial activity and their possible influence to revenues. It takes in mind also the influence of the promotion methods of the touristic services. There are some disadvantages of the programmes, such as their definition based on the top-down approach. This fact may cause a disparity between real needs of enterprises and the outputs a funding authority wants enterprises to deliver in order to enhance their innovativeness and competitiveness. Although the level of fitness to the needs of SMEs is crucial for evaluation of R&D programmes, few research has been pursued in this field. The article aims to fill the research gap by surveying motivation and benefits SMEs find in participation in R&D programmes. It identifies 3 strongest, as well as weakest motivators. The article also discovers that despite its raising popularity, the open innovation concepts do not provide sufficient motivation and benefits for application for R&D funding. The analysis is related to the export base theory. At first there is the export base theory characterised in the beginning of the article. There is a limited data base for the assessing of international flow of goods and services in case of Czech regions, for only the data of exported goods is regionally monitored. Both the presence and the increase of importance of the export base was especially evident in the Středočeský, Plzeňský and Pardubický region, partly in the Zlínský, Liberecký and Vysočina region in the period 2003-2007. There is one chief export company in each of these regions. The connection between the impact of economic recession in the period 2008-2009 and the regional export base is not clear. Peripheral regions with more specialized export, with the chief export company and formed export base were more likely influenced by the economic recession, rather than core regions or regions without the export base. There were gained and analyzed 505 autoscreenings working day shots in total. There was found that department nurses from both hospitals in average mostly perform managerial activities (184 min./day). There are health care activities at the second place. Head nurses mostly perform health care activities (179 min./day). There are managerial activities at the second place. From the scope of structure of managerial activities the highest proportions have the rounds of department department nurses. On the other hand deparment nurses perform personal activities with the smallest frequency. Head nurses perform control activities in most cases. Both head nurses and department nurses together deal with administrative issues in average almost 100 minutes per day. After expressive growth of production in 2007 the number of farms with decreasing volume of production increased. Except that the number of farms with decreasing cost efficiency increased. It indicates that cost decreases slower than revenue with decreasing production, or even increase. Period under consideration is last 15 years. The theoretic basis is theory real business cycle and the neo-classical growth model. The productivity was measured by labour productivity, capital productivity and total factor productivity (TFP) in sectors of the economy. The analysis has showed with helping correlation matrix, that productivity of single sectors and fluctuation of output has no the same development. Variation in economy performance is positive correlation with productivity in the secondary sector (industry) and negative with productivity of primary sector. In the field of private and public services is no significant relation between productivity and fluctuation of output. Development of production functions build on a detailed assessment of production factors and their expression by a part of the factor analysis. The goal of the proposal is the opportunity to build a comprehensive model of main crops production on agricultural land that provides assessment of relation between the development of input parameters in terms of production intensity and specific conditions of changing climatic factors. The paper compiled crop production function as measured by gradual regression of input variables into the linear model. The proposed models statically define the relationship between yield, as a dependent variable and the proposed independent variables. The resulting statistical indicators are robust and significant enough. For each crop are identified independent variables in a different structure with regard to statistical model. It is possible to make an econometric model for assessing economic and environmental contexts through the use of the identified functions. Their development was further compared with development of performance measured by profitability assets and economic result. One of significant growth factor of company is monitoring relation among productivity of labour and average wages, which in recent years became very discussed problems in consequence with financial crisis. As part of an ISMS audit, it is also necessary to determine the audit risk. Various methods exist and are developed for risk assessment, both in practical and theoretical level. These methods can use quantitative methods, or may be based on a qualitative assessment of risks. Current standards (e.g. ISO 27001) for construction and operation of the ISMS remain on operators how to carry out risk identification, relevant analyses and evaluations. Various probabilistic methods or methods based on Bayesian statistics are widely used theoretical methods. However, currently there are no generally accepted methods for calculating risk. This is due to the difficulty of quantifying some events and often subjective nature of the analysis. In this paper, we introduce an evidential reasoning model (evidential reasoning approach under the Dempster-Shafer theory) for the information systems audit risk assessment. The advantage of this approach is the ability to work with indeterminations and subjective evaluations. The proposed model is applied to the assessment of audit risk in the chosen field of standard ISO 27001. Guarantee repair costs were calculated using a method of decision tree and using of simulation of the most critical component lifetime. As simulations input were used particular component lifetime and user load for different computer types. Probability distribution of simulation inputs was based on a theoretical curve fitting the sample data. The decision tree and the simulation were performed in the program Decision Tools. It was considered that the installation of the cheapest critical components brings the highest costs necessary for computer warranty service due to shorter failure-free runs. For this reason, the company should choose a compromise between the price and quality.
