These may be secured primarily human resources, residents and workers in the region. Relatively harmonious development of the components of the landscape is achieved primarily by farmers to organic agriculture, especially in the LFA, the higher elevations. On the basis of already processed and presented new publications can be assumed that the opinions of the farmers' living and working conditions remain unrecognized role in the information base. This information relatively cheap and indispensable should increasingly contribute to the traditionally monitored indicators. The paper is devoted to opinion level organic farmers. The research was carried out in the beginning of the year 2010 in both parts ERN. The main goal of the research was to determine the purchase behavior in a Czech-German part of the ERN and to analyze the potential differences. This contribution deals with the current customer's purchase customs regarding the place of purchase. It tries to show which shops the customers prefer and it finds out the spontaneous shop knowledge according to the type of assortment. The differences in the behavior of the Czech and German respondents are summarized in the conclusion. The objective is to interpret the calculated structural parameters of the different variables and perform the verification of their economic and statistical terms. In accordance with the initially formulated hypothesis was confirmed that the Czech beer production is influenced by its own consumption, its exports to foreign markets and the consumer price. Czech beer consumption is influenced by the volume of beer production, consumer income and time trends in consumption, as expressed in this equation using the time vector. Results of the analysis of the determinants of production and consumption of Czech beer using econometric techniques to a large extent support the real facts and future trends and can serve as an aid to strategic decisions of breweries management. The shift-share analysis decomposed the dynamics of employment and labour productivity in 2002-2006. The change is distributed into national, proportional, regional and differential component. Regional differences in labour productivity are further assessed by static shift-share analysis. From the point of regional view, there is a significant difference in the labour productivity of the City of Prague and in other regions. This difference is caused by a significant variation in labour productivity of the most important sectors accelerated by high share of some sectors that are important in the capital city. The labour productivity in the capital city is higher by 86% compared to the average of the Czech Republic; labour productivity in other regions is below the average. A two-way analysis of variance of each variable revealed significant differences (α = 0.05) in the relative increments among sectors; differences in relative increments among regions were not proved. A static shift-share analysis proved a significant influence of the productivity differential component that explained 81% of total variability. Illegal employment threatens the whole economy, weakening labor market and reducing the number of jobs for those who are unemployed and the job they are applying to the Labour Office. These negative phenomena in recent years is still widening, in connection with the liberalization of the economy and the influx of foreign capital. Definition of illegal work (the so-called undeclared work) in the Czech law only appeared in the Employment Act No. 435/2004 Coll., Effective 1 October 2004. Sometimes the term is narrowed only to the employment of foreigners without a residence permit, or without permission to work, but in its context includes the illegal employment of Czech citizens. The results of the research indicate that companies with an up-to-date management need a well defined strategic management system and elaborate change management within this system, which contributes to the creation of balance between the internal environment of the management and external environment, i.e. creation of so called homeostasis. The above mentioned conception requires perfect information backing and up-to-date technical facilities for management, especially a computer network equipped with up-to-date software. Rapid changes, principally in the external environment, require of the business management to select new approaches and methods of decision-making and to have a well conceived algorithm enabling a flexible response to customers' wishes. The paper is based on the methodology formulated by the author - methodology of creation, implementation and changes of business strategies and requirements for their improvement due to the incidence of a turbulent management environment and other essential factors. The main factors of crisis and methods of their analysis are formulated. Thereinafter, strategies of solving of crisis situations are formulated. The company Bioveta, Inc. is analysed in detail. The research has proved that companies with modern management need a well-made and working system of crisis management due to their complexity and risks. However, there is still room for improvement. The article analyses the production of suction tube and suction modules at Robert Bosch Co., České Budějovice and highlights new possibilities in organization of work emphasizing human potential. In the past, the operator-machine system was based on the superiority of the machine and its maximum utilization, with the operator contributing towards this end. Currently, the situation changes due to increased flexibility and the operator - and his integration in the shift - takes a lead role even if it means that the machine (assembly line) is idle for a certain time. Creation of work standards for various numbers of operators facilitates a flexible response to customer requirements offsetting the possible decline in production equipment productivity. This article deals with evaluation of two main technological processes of soil cultivation, conventional and minimization procedure for the growing of winter wheat, winter oilseed rape, spring barley and sugar beet. Monitoring the yields in 500 selected plots with different soil conditions, time series from 2002 to 2009, including material costs and frequency of chemical plant protection allows quantification of the economic benefits of soil management options in specific soil and climatic conditions. The economic effect is given by the difference of crop production value and the cost of soil cultivation and chemical protection. Based on the evaluation of results can be recommended suitable areas for conventional or minimization technology as well as the areas where both effects are similar. For conventional technology are suitable especially light soils. The statistical assessment shows the link with the optimal choice of procedural technology according to some physical and biological characteristics of soil.
