Three linear regression models for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 of roughly 270 companies based in the Vysočina region were produced by means of the Forward and Backward Stepwise methods, on the basis of company information. Low p-levels (approaching 0) show the statistical significance of all the regression coefficients, including the intercept and their p-levels, are 0.048, 0.010 and 0.032 in this order. In all of the three years it was proved through the level of significance of 0.05 that all three independent variables, as well as the intercept, influence the dependent variable. This intercept determines the level of organizational capital of a company. The suitability of the used model is also supported by the fact that coefficients of determination reach high values (more than 0.93 for 2006 and more than 0.94 for 2007 and 2008). For this reason also all efforts of improvement, including lean production, must respect the material flow. The authors analyse three different views on material flow from the view of its area circuit and then they analyse in detail the situation on a manifold module assembly line at Bosch Company in the years 2004 and 2009 regarding principles of lean production. Previously, only one type (in two versions) has been produced on the monitored assembly line, whereas currently, 3 production types are being produced in several versions on this line. The main change on the assembly line was the layout change into "U-shaped" line. New workplaces were designed as mobile and easily interchangeable according to the currently produced type. The assembly line can cope with different number of workers. Based on production requirements it is possible to produce with the assistance of two up to six workers. The assembly line has the better parameters, in particular, with regard to in-process stores, floor space, produced types, changeover time and number of workers. The main objective of accounting is to observe and describe financial position, efficiency and cash flow of a given entity. This information should be compiled and presented so that users would be able to make qualified decisions. That is why it is necessary that accounting has to be based on the same methods and principles that should ensure that the outputs from accounting, financial statements, will be comparable namely in national as well as in international view. This comparability should be ensured by respecting of generally accepted accounting principles. Around the world there exist different accounting systems that are based on different historical, cultural, economical or legal assumptions and therefore these generally accepted accounting principles are applied in different accounting systems in a different way. The aim of this article is to analyse how the generally accepted accounting principles are applied within IFRS and Czech legislation and if there eventually exist any differences in this area between these systems. It is possible to claim that Czech legislation is not entirely in accordance with IFRS. In application of some generally accepted accounting principles can be observed similar tendency, however, some principles are in the Czech legislation and IFRS applied entirely in a different way. Analyses were realized by the questionnaire survey organized in the period December 2009 to January 2010. In the survey 388 respondents were interviewed. From the methodological aspect, basic approaches of descriptive statistics have been used, as well as methods of association measurement. The test of robustness tested Chi-Square statistic. The robustness have been judged based on the p-values. Correlations have been tested through the Contingency coefficient and Cramer's V coefficient. The survey showed that dependency knowledge of logos was confirmed in terms of knowledge of bio-food, education, type of employment, study at FBP faculty and in terms of choice of organic foods by manufacturers. Students of FBP know more bio-food logos than other respondents. The second highest dependency was confirmed within selection of bio-food produced individual manufacturers. We have evaluated the Quality of life of the regions (NUTS 3 regions) in the Czech Republic, according to the selected criteria by the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This method was initially proposed to evaluate the efficiency. In this paper, the level of efficiency represents the level of life quality. The efficiency (quality of life) is in this case represented as a share of an output in weighted sum of inputs. In other words, it represents a certain degree to which the desirable output can offset undesirable indicators. Hence, we have considered three input types (the unemployment rate, criminality, and the specific emissions) and one output (the average salary). In addition to the efficiency score, DEA method provides weights of particular inputs and outputs. These weights are used to find contributions of particular criteria to the achieved score. This enables us to determine the strong and weak points of the districts. At the same time, we have observed a possible connection between the achieved efficiency score and the average prices of dwellings in the same year. In another part, we evaluate the development of the life quality in regions in time using Malmquist index. Based on the obtained results, we have made a regression model describing the influence of this index on the dwelling prices in the following year. The objective of this research was to apply the German model evaluation of brownfields for the conditions of South Bohemia, based on which we would be able to perform evaluation of brownfields from three frames of reference (from the point of view of a municipality, investor and public interest). Altogether, 32 brownfields were assessed. The study for localization of brownfields in South Bohemia from the year 2009 was the initial database for the performance of evaluation. The model applied in South Bohemia was based on 21 parameters. The interpretation of parameters was modified according to the local specifics, with respect to data availability. From the point of view of a municipality, the most preferred are brownfields (21) with a specific character, achieving 11-16 points. They are sufficiently large, suitable traffic and technical infrastructure. From the point of view of an investor, the most brownfields (23) achieved 12-23 points and they are well located, easy to reach, without regulations set by the area planning documentation and available workforce. The situation from the point of view of public interest is different. The most preferred are brownfields (22) with 1-5 points. Their regeneration does not cause big changes in the surroundings, does not significantly affect density of traffic, does not pollute environment and does not change local climate. The public interest examines the existence of ecological load. Title: The model of calculation of traffic volume on roads 1st class in the South Bohemian region Title: MODEL VÝPOČTU OPTIMÁLNÍ INTENZITY NA SILNICÍCH I. TŘÍD JIHOČESKÉHO KRAJE Abstract: The impact of automobile transport is recognised (without exaggeration) by every one of us. At daily commuting to the work, holidays, free time-time activities and so on traffic participant register certain level traffic volume. Level of volume is fundamental for speed of participant's relocation, from time or speed perspective. Concretely generally there is inverse proportional relation between intensity and time. Paper deals with methodology measuring optimum intensity on roads I. classes designed on the grounds Standards ČSN 73 6101 - Projecting roads and motorways. On the basic of designed model the roads 1st class in the South Bohemian region are researched and traffic volumes are calculated and also over load of roads. Companies that operate in the area of gambling are exempt from paying income tax. Instead, they have an obligation to pay fees and charges arising from the proceeds of these games. It is the levy obligation, fees for permits and local fees generated from slot machines and an administrative fees, the fees for state supervision and payment for the public benefit arising from video lottery terminals, roulette game and other technical equipment. In connection with this, it would lead to substantial changes in this area by 2012. The best option seems to be a combination of existing taxes and levies summarized under the so-called "evil tax", which represents the rate of taxation of gambling specific taxes and taxes on corporate income.
