Title: Připravují se malé organizace na krizi? Abstract: This paper presents some results of research carried out in 2011. The research was focused on the relationship of small organizations to crises prevention. The aim was to determine the extent to which small organizations prepare for crisis. The result of presented part of research is identification of two crisis prevention strategies. The first strategy is focused on creating and updating a crisis plan and crisis team. The second one is based on appropriate behaviour to employees and surroundings so that the organizations build up their loyalty. Preparation for the crisis is most complicated by financing gap, which could be expected in small organizations and also managers declared a lack of time to prevention entertain. By the statistically processed data obtained by empirical research, the authors came to the conclusion that, although many small organizations know their weaknesses and external threats and trying to take precautionary measures, the preparing for a potential crisis still does not become a normal part of managerial work and it is not appreciated as a feature of competitiveness. The correlation analysis and factor analysis statistical tools were used for the research. The aim of this paper is to quantify the predictive power of selected ratios and to develop a statistical model for financial distress. We tested 16 financial ratios and the study relies on observations from 1563 firms. The model obtained by a methodology of conditional logit analysis includes quick liquidity ratio, average receivables collection period, leverage, solvency and interest coverage or debt coverage from current cash flow. The result confirmed that financial distress is closely related with the ability of a firm to pay its debts. Rentability wasn't found as so decive predictor in short period, there is a more complicated relation between rentability and payment capacity. As significant predictor was identified current cash flow (adjusted ordinary profit), which is much closely connected with cash. Using qualitative and field survey research approaches for selected MBA programs in five cities in Indonesia, the results of the study show that the ethical aspect has a significant role in making, developing, and keeping promises, as it influences the attainment of the customer values for education service institutions. Such value would act as the antecedent for the behavioral intentions of education service customers and be indicated by positive word of mouth. The implication of the research is directed to institutional strategy development in applying the Service Marketing Triangle concept, specifically in managing the MBA Programs. It was decided to conduct a more thorough research on the basis of previous research in these fields, as MO and CRM should be strong concepts that help companies achieve success. This research was conducted on a sample of 43 completed questionnaires provided by firms from the field of aeronautics in the Czech Republic and partly in the Slovak Republic. The aerospace industry is a high-tech industry providing high added value. There is a high concentration of research and production capacity in this branch and the importance of the aeronautical industry is continuing to grow. The results of the present research show the level of interdependence between MO and CRM and major deficiencies in their practical application. The influence of MO and CRM on corporate performance was also confirmed. The aim of the authors was to verify the construction possibility and validity of regional wage and Phillips curves both in the regions and at the national level. The analysis was done by means of linear regression models on the quarter data basis. The results for the period 2003-2008 show the wage curve validity both at the regional and national level. It is impossible to construct the wage curve in the period 2009-2010, for despite the big unemployment rise the wages remained steady during this time. This fact supports the idea of short time downwards rigidity of wages. In 2003-2008, contrary to 2009-2010, it is possible to say the Phillips curve was valid at the national level, for the unemployment rate decrease leaded to the increase of the wage growth rate. In particular regions with a few exceptions this relationship was not valid, which supports theoretical findings about the impossibility of the Phillips curve construction at lower than the national level.
