As governments increasingly embrace digital tools and technologies, understanding how these changes affect employee satisfaction is crucial for ensuring effective and efficient public service delivery. This study aims to explore the relationship between digital transformation in the public sector and job satisfaction among public administration employees. The research specifically focuses on local government workers in the Peloponnese region, a geographically diverse area characterized by both urban and rural challenges. The research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a structured questionnaire based on a comprehensive literature review. The survey is designed around key factors that influence job satisfaction in the context of digital modernization: Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Administrative Procedures, and Digital Skills. Simple random sampling was used to select respondents, ensuring a representative sample of government employees within the Peloponnese Region. One of the primary objectives of this research is to evaluate how employees perceive the region's efforts to modernize its public administration through digital tools and technologies. This includes assessing their satisfaction with the training programs offered to improve their digital skills, as well as the overall effectiveness of the new digital systems in enhancing work productivity and efficiency. This study also examines whether the conditions in the Peloponnese are conducive to the successful implementation of digital tools aimed at improving government services. This involves evaluating employee perceptions of whether the infrastructure, resources, and organizational support are sufficient to ensure successful digital transformation in public administration. Through a detailed analysis of survey responses, this research will provide insights into the correlations between digital transformation initiatives and various aspects of employee satisfaction. The findings will help identify the key factors that drive satisfaction among government employees and inform future strategies for improving public sector management in the digital age. Finally, the study proposes recommendations for further research to deepen our understanding of the impact of digital transformation on employee well-being and public sector performance. Mediating Role of Social-skills and Moderating the Role of Gender Abstract: This paper investigates the role of thought leadership in enhancing managerial performance with a specific focus on the mediating role of social-skills and the moderating role of gender. This study employs a cross-sectional quantitative approach deploying a questionnaire to collect data from 523 line managers of registered SMEs in Ghana. The findings signal a significant and positive linkage between thought leadership and managerial performance mediated by social-skills. However, gender has no significant moderating effect on this relationship. The study emphasises the need for owner-managers to invest in the acquisition of thought leadership and social-skills to improve the performance and sustainability of their organisations. These results have important implications for managerial training and development in SMEs and provide a basis for future research in this area. This study aimed to evaluate how specific factors influence the adaptation of technology transfer and their alignment with sustainability principles. Data were gathered from industry experts and practitioners using a mixed methods approach. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed with 135 respondents to conduct confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS. The results underscore the significance of prioritizing Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Policy and Regulation efforts to support the adaptation of technology transfer for sustainable initiatives. Conversely, the negative correlation observed between Stakeholder Engagement and technology transfer adaptation suggests the need to carefully balance engagement activities. Although Environmental Considerations exhibit a positive association with technology transfer adaptation, the lack of statistical significance calls for further investigation. The high R-square value affirms the model's strength in explaining variations in technology transfer adaptation, advocating for a strategic resource allocation strategy that emphasizes effective monitoring and evaluation, supportive policy frameworks, and equitable stakeholder engagement. Collaboration is essential to tackle identified challenges and capitalize on opportunities to advance sustainable technology transfer, drive innovation, and foster resilient communities. This study enriches the existing literature on technology transfer sustainability, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and scholars striving to address urgent environmental, social, and economic concerns. Data were gathered from the financial reports of selected oil and gas firms in Nigeria over the years 2013 to 2021. To analyze this, both panel regression analysis and a generalized linear model were applied. The findings revealed that the disclosure of environmental information did not significantly affect the financial success of these companies, while the level of debt had a negative but significant influence on their economic success. Additionally, the size of the company was found to have a positive and significant effect on the financial outcomes of these listed firms in Nigeria. The research suggests that the Nigerian government should introduce regulations for the disclosure of environmental information within the oil and gas industry.
